What Is A Quick Back?

by | Nov 15, 2020

Quick Backs Are Clicks On A Website That Result In Quickly Going Back

This is another negative engagement metric found on Microsoft Clarity, indicating a user either accidentally clicked through or clicked through to a page that turned out to not be what they were looking for.

Quick Backs, similar to either Dead Clicks or Rage Clicks, are a sign of potentially misleading or poorly placed links. If there are too many sessions with Quick Backs, further investigation is required to understand if it is a signal of a greater problem.
