What does CX Stand For?

by | Aug 6, 2020

CX stands for Customer Experience. Also commonly referred to as Consumer Experience, or even UX (User Experience), Customer Experience is used to describe one’s interactions through the purchasing funnel. A CX is an important (and mostly non-quantifiable) measurement as it determines a consumer’s perception of your business, brand, and/or product.

Using tools like Reputation Management and monitoring stats like time on site from tools like Google Analytics can help manage your business’ CX.
