What Does AMA Stand For?

by | Feb 3, 2021

AMA stands for Automotive Model Ads.

AMAs, or Automotive Model Ads, are a new retargeting method offered by Facebook to deliver ads to a much more specific retargeting audience in the automotive industry. AMAs can gather potential buyer preference down to the color of trim or fabric of seats a buyer prefers on a car and will place an ad including those specifications in front of them. Facebook gathers information from how the buyer interacts with the manufacturer’s website and translates the information to their AMAs, saving time and delivering more accurate results.
