What Is Loyalty Marketing?

by | Sep 29, 2020

Loyalty Marketing is a strategy which focuses on strengthening relationship with existing customers by ways of incentives and rewards.  Loyalty programs are offered to customers to encourage them to repeat purchase. One example is the airline business, where frequent-flyers program allows customers to receive miles that they can collect and use for their next flights.

Loyalty marketing focuses more on the Lifetime Customer Value (LCV) rather than on an individual transaction basis.
