by | Nov 25, 2020

HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language. HTML is the standard markup language that serves as the basic building block of a web. It helps users structure a page using headings, paragraphs, sections, links to be displayed in a web browser or application.

The Hypertext connects web pages to another using links, while tags (<>) are used to structure the website page. For example, you can create a paragraph by inserting the </P> tag.

HTML is considered to be straightforward and easy to use. Therefore, it’s suitable for everyone, including beginners when building a website.
