What Does B2B Stand For?

by | Sep 7, 2020

B2B stands for Business-to-Business. A B2B is a relationship between one business to another, where all transactions of products and services are done strictly between businesses. An example of a B2B is a wholesaler that sells its products to retailers (a B2B transaction), who then sell it to customers (the latter Retailer-End Customer being a B2C transaction). B2B sales and marketing comes with an entirely unique transactional relationship compared to selling to end customers.
