Responsibilities:
The Creative Specialist Intern will be responsible for creating and designing various creative items for the company and clients. Client work spans various industries and complexities. This internship is for actual experience and hands-on work more than set training and learning.
General Requirements:
- Ability to create and maintain brand identity guidelines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices.
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, marketing teams, and developers.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred (Associates degree and graduates are eligible)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily in Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Highly beneficial to have experience in Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and XD

Understanding of social media formats and best practices
- Must be proficient on the computer with basic programs (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.)
