A Sales Funnel is a concept that maps out all of the stages that someone goes through from the start of the buyer’s journey from prospect or lead to purchaser, and even in post-purchase relationships. The primary goal of a Sales Funnel is to move people from one stage to the final stage when they’re ready to purchase.
In marketing, the 4 Sales Funnel Stages are: Awareness, Interest, Decision, Action. These are commonly referred to as AIDA.
