OOH is outdoor advertising, which stands for Out Of Home media. This is the larger classification for advertising placements like billboards, bus stops, benches, and more. It’s quite literally advertising and media placements that exist away from your house. New digital means have brought digital screens and programmatic opportunities to OOH advertising.
OOH advertising presents a great opportunity for media buyers and advertisers because the ads are essentially ‘unskippable’ compared to digital counterparts. They’re great for big, bold messages that will literally be seen by thousands.
