What does CTV mean?

by | Apr 28, 2020

CTVs, commonly known as Connected TVs are any “Smart Televisions” that are able to connect to the internet and allow you to access content not available through Cable TV networks or Broadcast TV networks. CTVs allow a consumer to access software like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Crackle, etc without having to use any other device. This enhances the customer’s user experience and allows businesses to dynamically insert video advertisements within long-form content on the “big screen.”  The most common ad durations for OTT are 6 second, 15 second, 30 second, and 60 second video advertisements.
