When you get Corkboard Concepts to manage your Facebook page or ad account, first we need to be given access. The following steps easily outline how this can be done after we have requested access to your Facebook page and/or ad account.
How to add us to your Business Facebook Page
Before starting note: Only admins can give access to other agencies or people. So be sure to check your admin rights for the page.
- Go to your business’ Facebook page and click ‘settings’ which is in the top right corner
2. On the left-hand-side menu select ‘page roles’
3. It is here you should see a pending request from Corkboard Concepts, click ‘respond to request’, follow the prompts, and accept it.
