KPI Stands for Key Performance Indicator
Key Performance Indicators, or KPI’s, are a reference to events that have a positive business outcome but fall short of complete goal completions or conversions. These are usually seen as stepping stones to reaching the completion of an overall goal. Examples of KPI’s may be a salesperson getting the appropriate contact information for a decision-maker, reaching an appropriate time on-site in your website analytics, viewing a vehicle detail page (VDP) on an automotive sales website, and various others.
