Corkboard Concepts, a full-service marketing agency headquartered in Pittsburgh, has been named to the Pittsburgh Business Times’ 2026 Fast 50, an annual list recognizing the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Pittsburgh region.
This marks the agency’s second appearance on the list, following its initial recognition in 2023, a notable milestone for a company founded in 2019.
The 2026 Fast 50 measures revenue growth from 2023 to 2025. Every company on this year’s list increased revenue by more than 30% over that period. To qualify, companies were required to report more than $2 million in 2023 revenue and provide verified financial figures for all three years.
“We’ve been very fortunate to experience strong growth since our early days as a startup. As we’ve evolved beyond that stage, we’ve recognized the need to be more intentional and calculated in how we approach our next phase of growth. About two years ago, we established a management team and brought on an industry veteran to help guide the company forward. This recognition reflects the progress we’ve made since then and, more importantly, the strength of our people, processes, and partnerships, which continue to be at the heart of our growth.”

What actually drove the growth
Expanded service offerings
Corkboard Concepts attributes its growth primarily to two factors: the expansion of its service offerings and the development of its team.
Initially recognized for a core set of digital marketing services, the agency now provides a comprehensive suite of solutions, including programmatic advertising, search marketing, content production, social media, graphic design, media buying, website development, and more. Much of the agency’s growth has come from existing clients broadening engagements, with many beginning with a single service and expanding to four or more. Corkboard Concepts now supports more than 200 clients across the United States.
A culture of internal growth

The majority of Corkboard Concepts’ department leaders began their careers in other roles within the company. The agency’s Content Lead worked across every team before leading one, their Web Design lead began as a Creative Specialist, and several Account Managers started as interns. The company’s approach centers on hiring curious individuals and giving them meaningful ownership early in their careers.
The culture of ownership was evident in the agency’s recent website redesign. Recognizing that their site no longer reflected their scope and quality of work. The Corkboard Concepts team rebuilt it from the ground up, with a new structure, refreshed content, and improved performance. The relaunched site went live in September 2026, developed by team members from every department who contributed alongside their regular responsibilities, holding the project to the same standard applied to client work.
Rooted in Pittsburgh
While Corkboard Concepts serves clients nationwide, the agency remains headquartered in Pittsburgh, and a significant portion of its client base is located in the region. For the company, being recognized among Pittsburgh’s fastest-growing businesses carries particular meaning, as their growth is closely tied to the success of local organizations.
