UET Stands For Universal Event Tracking
UET Tags are what Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) calls their tracking pixel, similar to the Google Ads tag. The UET Tag is both a remarketing and conversion tag, hence the “Universal” indication. A business or organization places this tag on a website and then can create audiences and conversion events based off of the universal placement. Microsoft also uses the “Insight Tag” for their LinkedIn Advertising pixel.
