CVR Stands For Conversion Rate
CVR is a popular marketing acronym, especially with TikTok Advertising Metrics. This metric looks at the rate of which a desired outcome is taking place. Popular conversions include purchases, form fills/leads, phone calls and more. CVR is an important metric because it’s geared towards valuing more than just an impression or click.
Some additional usages of CVR on TikTok ads includes:
- CVR (Impressions): Percentage of results achieved out of all ad impressions (results divided by impressions).
- CVR (Clicks): Percentage of results achieved out of all ad clicks (results divided by clicks).
- Real-time CVR (Impressions): Percentage of results achieved when they occurred.
- Real-time CVR (Clicks): Percentage of results achieved from clicks when they occurred.
What is the difference between CVR and Real-Time CVR?
The primary difference between CVR and Real-time CVR is when the conversions occurred. The standard CVR will look at the lifetime or set timeframe, whereas the Real-Time CVR is looking at the time in which the conversion happened.
